This came out being a very dry stout. A little chocolate and caramel notes along with some coffee. Very creamy head and a thin mouthfeel, different from your typical Irish Stout but a pleaser all around.

Summer Solstice is a light and creamy ale with, a clean nose, and a nice malty and floral finish. It’s ready to share with friends at the summer BBQ!

A very hazy NEIPA brewed with copious amounts of hops in the boil, 14 oz, and another 12oz hop addition as a dry hop post-fermentation. This has always been a fan favorite! With lots of hop punch, fresh mango, and a creamy sweet finish. It’ll definitely sneak up on you. You’ll be wanting and asking for more and thinking of being on a trip to a beach!
